HELP CLEAN OUR LAKE! SAT. JULY 21 9 AM
COMMUNITY WORK DAY, SATURDAY JULY 21ST 10 AM
The town is urging all who might like a short workout to come and help with the effort on behalf of the Town’s LAKE. There is duckweed to pull out, but, with many hands, the lake will be clean and blue for casual swimmers and those who are in the summer recreational Program and for those who will be taking swimming lessons.
Our lifeguards and some parents who are not afraid of a little work have helped pull out weeds already, but the job is daunting unless there are many hands. Evryone who does RIVERSWEEP! should find this an easy task. There is no junk to remove–just weeds and more weeds that can only be removed by hand. Please be a volunteer!
