Order a smoked 8- to 10-pound pork butt for $65 by Wednesday, Nov. 4, to back Germantown police. Only 200 are offered; pickup is Saturday, Nov. 21.
The Germantown Police Benevolent Association is selling smoked pork butts to raise money for local officers. Orders close Wednesday, Nov. 4, or sooner if the 200 on offer sell out.
Each 8- to 10-pound pork butt costs $65. Championship pitmasters Bob Young and Bryan Wallace will smoke them with members of the Germantown Police Department. The city announced the fundraiser on Oct. 22 in a post on its news page.
